📋 Terms & Seller Policy

📌 1. Accurate Listings

All products, descriptions, pricing, images, and representations must be accurate, complete, and not misleading in any manner. Any misrepresentation — including false claims, incorrect product condition (new/used), or deceptive pricing — constitutes a violation of these terms.

🚫 2. Prohibited Content

Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing, uploading, or promoting any content or product that is illegal, counterfeit, infringing on intellectual property rights, harmful, offensive, or otherwise restricted under applicable law or platform policies. Fraudulent activity — including manipulation of reviews, misleading promotions, or bypassing platform systems — is a material breach of these terms.

🛡️ 3. Platform Rights

The platform reserves the sole and absolute right to review, monitor, and remove any product, listing, or content at its discretion, without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed violation. Associated products, stories, or listings may be immediately removed.

⛔ 4. Repeat Violations & Termination

In the event of repeated violations — especially after receiving a warning or prior action — the platform reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate the Seller's store without further notice or liability. This includes temporary suspension, permanent removal of specific products, or limitation of account functionality.

👤 5. Account Integrity

Sellers must not create multiple accounts, provide false personal or business information, or attempt to circumvent platform controls or enforcement systems. Any misuse of customer data, unauthorized data collection, or breach of privacy obligations will result in immediate enforcement action, including potential permanent account termination.

📦 6. No Services Allowed

Sellers are expressly prohibited from listing, promoting, or selling any form of services on the platform. Orbitoo is strictly intended for the sale of physical or approved digital products only. Services including — but not limited to — consultations, freelancing, digital assistance, account handling, promotions, or any non-tangible offerings are not permitted under any circumstances.

Any listing identified as a service, or resembling a service in nature, shall be subject to immediate removal without prior notice. Repeated attempts to list services — including modifying product listings to disguise services — shall result in suspension or permanent termination of the Seller's store.

🔍 7. Investigation & Enforcement

The platform retains the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action — including content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban — to maintain platform integrity, security, and user trust.
